Has it Passed Safety Shoe Standards? (ATSM, CSA, OSHA, ...)
The shoes have not undergone any ATSM, CSA or OSHA standard test. We try to be as transparent with our customers as possible.
Are these shoes waterproof?
The design of these shoes allow sweat and moisture to escape. It's perfect for warm environments. The trade-off is that if you are in a wet environment then water will be able to enter the shoes.
What is the warranty?
We have 6 months warranty that cover defects from the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from outside causes and misuse.
Are these true to size?
Yes, no need to order 1/2 or 1 full size larger. However, we recommend you use our size chart guide to ensure proper fitment.
Will it fit wide feet?
If your feet is wider than standard size then please choose one size larger.

How i can track my order?

When you have email shipping update then you opt in are prompted to download the Shop iOS or Android app .You can tracking order by yourself on the Shop app.
How can i return my order?
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you want return,let us know what is the issue with the pair of shoes you have.
To start a return please contact us at info@eneocare.com. Please do not ship your return without contacting us first.
Once approved we will open a return claim on your behalf.
Create mailing label, to begin your return create a prepaid USPS label.
Return free when you use our prepaid return shipping label.
Affix your shipping label to the package.
Drop it off at your nearest post office USPS.
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order.
Where is my order?
You can check your order status here. Please allow up to 3 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email's inbox and spam folder.
How will I receive updates about my order?
As an e-commerce company, our primary form of communication is email. All order updates will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed. For this reason, please be sure to provide a valid email address when placing your order.
I received an item that is different from what I ordered. What should I do?
If you believe you received the incorrect product, please keep the item unused and in the original packaging and support us . We will work with you to reship the correct item or offer a refund. We may require a picture of the incorrect product you received and will cover the cost of return shipping for that item.
What if I need to change my order?
Unfortunately , we do not have ability to change your order after it is placed ( for example: We can not change size, shipping address or combine multiple orders).

What if my items are damaged or detective?
We work hard to bring you great quality, but we know we are not perfect. If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know at info@eneocare.com within 7 business days of receipt of your order.
Can I receive a free return label?
We do not offer free return label at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment once your orders have reached the warehouse.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days after your return order has been received by our warehouse for your refund to be processed.
What types of Payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments.
How long after my refund is accepted will I get my money?
We send the refund immediately, but your bank will take some time to actually process it. This is entirely dependant on your bank. For example, have you ever gone and requested a refund before on your credit card, usually there is a several day waiting period before the money appears back onto your statement. It's usually around 3-5 days. Similar to paying off your own credit card balance
